Your order is prioritised in the Royal Mail network.

Friday Orders: If you order before 3pm on Friday via this service, Royal Mail will attempt delivery on Saturday.

Note: We do not dispatch on weekends. Orders placed via Special Delivery on Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on Monday for delivery on Tuesday.

While we deliver to all UK addresses, the following remote areas have extended delivery times.
1. Standard Delivery (Tracked 24) For the postcodes below, delivery typically takes 2–3 working days rather than the usual next-day service.
AB, BT, DD, DG, EH, FK, G, GY, HS, IM, IV, JE, KA, KW, KY, ML, PA, PH, TD, TR21-25, ZE.
2. Premium Delivery (Special Delivery) If you select Special Delivery for the areas below, the guaranteed delivery time is extended as follows:

By 5:30 PM Next Day: AB30–56, HS1/3–9, IV21–56, KA27–28, KW1–15, PA20–49/76–77, PH17–26/31–40/49–50, ZE1.

⚠️ Important: Lithium Battery Restrictions

Due to Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) safety rules, Royal Mail places strict limits on shipping Lithium-Ion batteries (found in vapes) by air.
The Rule: A single parcel cannot contain more than TWO devices containing lithium batteries.

If your delivery address falls within these areas, your parcel is likely flown by air:

What happens if you order more than 2 devices to these areas?
We cannot send your order via Royal Mail. We reserve the right to:

Switch Courier: We may send your order via a road-based courier (e.g., DPD or Evri). This will cause a delivery delay of 2-4 days.

Cancel Order: If no alternative courier is available, we may have to cancel and refund your order.
Mainland UK addresses are unaffected by this rule.
📍 Where We Deliver
We ship to all addresses within the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland) and the Channel Islands.
International Shipping:
We do not ship to international addresses or the Republic of Ireland due to Brexit customs regulations and TPD compliance laws.
❓ Frequently Asked Questions
Has my order been dispatched?
You will receive a Dispatch Confirmation Email the moment our warehouse team scans your order. This email will contain your Royal Mail Tracking Number.
My tracking hasn’t updated?
Sometimes Royal Mail does not scan the parcel immediately upon collection. Please allow until 9:00 PM on the day of dispatch for the first tracking scan to appear.
My order is late / hasn’t arrived?
While 95% of Tracked 24 orders arrive the next day, delays can happen.

Please allow 5 working days for Royal Mail to deliver standard parcels before contacting us.

If your Special Delivery order has not arrived by 1pm the next working day, please contact us immediately so we can investigate.
